Redesign of Handled Booking Flow

Handled is a home services concierge web app that allows users to book services like moving, packing, storage online.

Adri worked on designs for the redesign of Handled web booking flow with two goals: incorporate their new branding into it, and improve the user experience.

Tools used

Sketch
We use Sketch to design the UI and mockup pages, as well as to prepare visual assets.
Axure
We use Axure to quickly prototype key interactions and visualize interaction flows.

Design System

Developed a design system for the application, based on the new branding.

User Flows

Used user flows to iterate on the options to improve the checkout flow.

Move Summary

Designed a “Move Summary” panel that allows users to get a summary of the information they have entered during the flow.

Visual Design

Using their design system and graphics library, I created graphics to illustrate concepts and parts of the flow.

The booking web flow redesigned.
